Anatoly Yarovyi is a highly experienced and accomplished attorney with two decades of professional expertise. He has extensive knowledge in law enforcement and intelligence operations, International Public Law, and human rights, with a current focus on Interpol and extradition cases. Additionally, he provides consulting services to high-profile individuals on issues related to personal and business security, data protection, and freedom of movement.
His extensive experience is derived from his work in the Prosecutor’s Office, intelligence agencies, and several prestigious multinational law firms ranked among the top ten. Anatoly’s solid academic foundation includes a Master of Law from Lviv University (2004) and an LLM from Stanford University (2013).
He completed his dissertation on Covert Investigative and Intelligence Activities, earning a Doctor of Philosophy in Law. As a committed human rights and Interpol lawyer, Anatoly has effectively managed numerous high-profile multi-jurisdictional cases involving politicians, business leaders, and human rights advocates worldwide. He has also successfully represented clients before the European Court of Human Rights and was among the 15 candidates considered for the position of Judge of the ECHR in 2021.
